多級壓(ya)縮(suo)式制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循(xun)環(huan)雖然比(bi)單級壓(ya)縮(suo)式制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循(xun)環(huan)達到的(de)蒸發溫度(du)更低,但受制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑自身物性(xing)及壓(ya)縮(suo)機工作的(de)特性(xing)的(de)限(xian)制(zhi)(zhi),當蒸發溫度(du)更低時(shi),采(cai)用多級壓(ya)縮(suo)式制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循(xun)環(huan)還滿(man)足不了(le)要求(qiu),此時(shi),需要采(cai)用復疊式制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循(xun)環(huan)。
復(fu)疊式冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凍機是由兩(liang)個或(huo)兩(liang)個以上獨立的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)循環(huan)(huan)組(zu)成,分別被稱為高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)循環(huan)(huan)和低溫(wen)循環(huan)(huan)。在各單獨的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系統中(zhong)(zhong)充有不同性質的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑,高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)循環(huan)(huan)通(tong)常采用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)溫(wen)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑,低溫(wen)循環(huan)(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)通(tong)常采用(yong)低溫(wen)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑。每一循環(huan)(huan)均可采用(yong)單級或(huo)雙(shuang)級壓縮(suo)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)循環(huan)(huan)。這兩(liang)個部(bu)分通(tong)過一個冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝蒸發器聯系起來,它即(ji)是低溫(wen)循環(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器,也是高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)循環(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)蒸發器,即(ji)高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)循環(huan)(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑的(de)(de)蒸發用(yong)來冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝低溫(wen)循環(huan)(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑。這樣,低度溫(wen)循環(huan)(huan)吸收(shou)的(de)(de)熱量(制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)量)傳給(gei)高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)循環(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑,高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)循環(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑再(zai)將熱量傳給(gei)環(huan)(huan)境介質。
