復疊機組
多級壓(ya)縮式(shi)制冷(leng)(leng)循環(huan)(huan)雖(sui)然比單級壓(ya)縮式(shi)制冷(leng)(leng)循環(huan)(huan)達到的(de)(de)(de)蒸發溫度(du)更(geng)低(di)(di),但受制冷(leng)(leng)劑自(zi)身物性及壓(ya)縮機工(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)特性的(de)(de)(de)限(xian)制,當(dang)蒸發溫度(du)更(geng)低(di)(di)時,采用多級壓(ya)縮式(shi)制冷(leng)(leng)循環(huan)(huan)還(huan)滿足不(bu)了(le)要求,此時,需要采用復疊式(shi)制冷(leng)(leng)循環(huan)(huan)。
復疊式冷(leng)(leng)凍機是由兩(liang)個或兩(liang)個以上獨(du)立的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循(xun)環(huan)組成,分別被稱(cheng)為高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)循(xun)環(huan)和低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)循(xun)環(huan)。在各單(dan)獨(du)的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系統中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)充有不同(tong)性質的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji),高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)循(xun)環(huan)通常(chang)采(cai)用中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji),低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)循(xun)環(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)通常(chang)采(cai)用低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)。每一(yi)(yi)循(xun)環(huan)均可(ke)采(cai)用單(dan)級(ji)或雙級(ji)壓縮制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)循(xun)環(huan)。這兩(liang)個部分通過一(yi)(yi)個冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)蒸(zheng)發器聯系起來,它(ta)即(ji)是低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)循(xun)環(huan)的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器,也是高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)循(xun)環(huan)的(de)(de)蒸(zheng)發器,即(ji)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)循(xun)環(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)蒸(zheng)發用來冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)循(xun)環(huan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)。這樣,低(di)度溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)循(xun)環(huan)吸收(shou)的(de)(de)熱量(liang)(liang)(制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)量(liang)(liang))傳給(gei)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)循(xun)環(huan)的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji),高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)循(xun)環(huan)的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(ji)再將(jiang)熱量(liang)(liang)傳給(gei)環(huan)境介(jie)質。
